Fees

Required Deposits

  • Security Deposit: $500
  • Applicant Approved w/ Conditions: One Month Base Rent
  • First Month’s Rent Deposit: $500 (applied to rent)

Required Key Fee

  • Key Fee: $150

Optional Fees – Pet & Storage

  • Dog: $75/mo
  • Cat: $75/mo
  • Storage: $70-$125/mo

Optional Fees – Guest Suite

  • Guest Suite: $150 per night - 2 night minimum

Optional Fees – Amenity Space Reservation

  • Sky Lounge: $175/hour (40 person capacity)
  • Pub Lounge: $150/hour (40 person capacity)
  • Media Lounge: $100/hour (20 person capacity)

Optional Fees – Parking

  • Non Reserved Parking: $125 per spot

Situational Fees

  • Late Fee: 10% of Rent (if 30+ days late)
  • Early Lease Termination: 2 Month’s Rent
  • Transfer Fee: 1 Month’s Rent
  • NSF Fee: $100
  • Replacement/Additional Fob: $75

Utilities & Insurance

  • Electricity: TBD (paid directly to Eversource)
  • Natural Gas: TBD (paid directly to National Grid)
  • Water/Sewer: Charged as a flat rate per dwelling unit by The City of Woburn direct to property and reimbursed by resident direct with rental payment.
  • Cable/Internet: Paid directly (optional)
  • Liability Insurance: Varies by provider
Note: Please be advised that there may be other charges you would be responsible for that are "variable/incidental" and/or "unknown", such as: damage to the owner's property caused by you, your household member(s), or guest(s) (for which an invoice would be issued to reimburse for the same); or water/sewer charges (based upon your actual exclusive usage, and for which invoicing will be provided in accordance with your lease and water/sewer addendum).
